Swedish Bitters on compress on period pain

One the 8th March 2017 a friend weight less than 50 kg and a vegetarian. She has been suffering from chronic period pain for many years. She went to seek help, and Dr informed her she has clots blood in the uterus. With such painful period, Dr advised her to remove the uterus.

I helped her to compress Swedish Bitters on the abdomen and the spinal cord for 8 hours.  The pain was gone and she could feel her body very light and warm with normal flow with no pain. The hand and feet are warm now.

Swedish for Renal Colic

Swedish Bitters and renal colic

Several years ago I suffered from renal colic. The doctor came in the middle of his surgery hours. In the meantime I had applied Swedish Bitters as a compress on the kidney region and when the doctor arrived, the pain had subsided. I was quite shame-faced because I had wasted his valuable time. He wanted to know why the pain had subsided so quickly. When he heard that I had applied a poultice, he said, Excellent, I do not have to give you, an injection!

Swedish Bitters had his approval. Whenever I came to his surgery he would say, I will not prescribe you anything, you have Swedish Bitters. It was he who had brought me closer to herbs.

Say Goodbye to Plastic Microbeads in Cosmetics

Questionable products!   Go for #Safe and Live Clean and Environment friendly products at : http://www.modere.com/615216

You may have heard the news, plastic microbeads, commonly found in facial scrubs and toothpaste, aren’t good for the environment. The problem is plastic microbeads don’t biodegrade quickly when washed down drains, thus polluting our oceans and water sources, and harming the marine life that ingests the microbeads.

Few consumers realize that their favorite cosmetics products, such as facial scrubs, shower gels, and toothpastes, contain thousands of plastic microbeads. Large companies and supermarket chains have been intentionally adding microbeads to their cosmetic products since 1972, though they only became popular in the past two decades.

The problem comes from millions of people unwittingly pouring tiny plastic beads down the drain. These small plastic beads can persist in the environment for 50 years, and have been found to contaminate a wide variety of freshwater and marine wildlife.

Plastic microbeads are typically less than a millimeter wide. Sewage-treatment plants can only filter about 90% of them. The rest are able to pass through into waterways, lakes, and oceans where animals ingest them. Some of the animals that ingest the microbeads are those in the human food chain such as crabs, mussel, and fish.

Scientists and environmentalists have successfully lobbied to have industry to stop using plastic microbeads in all rinse-off cosmetic products, including exfoliants, cleansers, and toothpastes. The Federal government recently approved legislation that will ban their addition in these products manufactured after July 1, 2017 and prohibit their sale in products after July 1, 2018 (these dates are July 1, 2018 and July 1, 2019 for non-prescription drugs).

Modere, true to form, is way ahead of the game. Our personal care items, including exfoliants, cleansers, and toothpastes have never contained plastic microbeads. We care about your health and the health of the environment, and have never followed the popular trend of including plastic microbeads in our products,

You can still get that glow you crave, without harming the environment.
